“The Funeral for TN Higher Education”

in printable flier form

The photos (this link and this link) and the one-on-one discussion with Governor Bredesen were the result of our Jan. 13th, 2009 TBR Student Rally at the Capital.  Monday’s rally will include at least 1,000 students/faculty/staff/parents and other interested Tennesseans who are opposed to raising tuition, furloughing the lowest paid employees, and continuing with the burdensome monarchy/bureaucracy that we are currently teaching in.  We will also be having follow-up meetings with the Governor and his staff to discuss the proposals that have come from this effort.
